1.2 This Privacy Policy has been drafted in compliance with the following:

1.3 It explains the categories of personal data collected, purposes of processing, rights of individuals, and the safeguards we implement to ensure data protection.
Clause 2: Categories of Personal Data Collected
2.1 Basic Details: Name, contact details, gender, date of birth, photograph.
2.2 Identification Data: Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, or other KYC documents.
2.3 Financial Information: Bank account details, income proof, salary slips, GST data, tax filings, credit history, repayment behavior.
2.4 Employment/Business Information: Employer details, occupation, business registration data.
2.5 Transaction Data: Loan applications, approvals, repayments, communication records.
2.6 Digital/Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, cookies, and usage patterns.
Clause 3: Purpose of Processing
3.1 Loan application assessment and disbursement.
3.2 KYC verification and regulatory compliance.
3.3 Creditworthiness evaluation and fraud detection.
3.4 Customer communication and support.
3.5 Recovery and monitoring of loans.
3.6 Service improvement, analytics, and audit purposes.
3.7 Marketing and promotions (only with explicit consent).
Clause 4: Legal Basis of Processing
4.1 Consent – freely given, informed, specific, and unambiguous.
4.2 Legal Obligation – to comply with laws, RBI guidelines, AML/KYC rules.
4.3 Contractual Necessity – to provide lending services.
Clause 5: Data Sharing and Disclosure
5.1 Lending Partners/Financial Institutions – to facilitate loan services.
5.2 Service Providers – verification agencies, IT service providers, collection agencies.
5.3 Regulators/Government Authorities – RBI, FIU, SEBI, or law enforcement agencies.
5.4 Business Transfers – in case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
5.5 No Sale of Data – we do not sell personal data under any circumstances.
Clause 6: Data Retention
6.1 Data will be retained only as long as necessary for stated purposes or as required by applicable laws (generally up to 7 years post loan closure).
6.2 After expiry of retention, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Clause 7: Data Security
7.1 We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption, role-based access controls, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and periodic security audits, to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Clause 8: Rights of Data Principals
8.1 Right to Access – to know the personal data being processed.
8.2 Right to Correction and Erasure – to correct inaccuracies or request deletion.
8.3 Right to Withdraw Consent – consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
8.4 Right to Nominate – to nominate another person to exercise rights in case of death or incapacity.
8.5 Right to Grievance Redressal – to seek redressal with the company or escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Clause 9: Consent Management
9.1 Consent is obtained prior to collection or processing of personal data.
9.2 Data Principals may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Grievance Officer or via a designated consent-management portal.
9.3 Processing shall immediately cease upon withdrawal of consent, unless required otherwise by law.
Clause 10: Cookies and Tracking Technologies
10.1 Cookies and similar technologies may be used to enhance functionality, analyze traffic, and personalize content.
10.2 Users can manage or disable cookies through browser settings.
Clause 11: Updates to This Policy
11.1 This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law, regulations, or internal practices.
11.2 The latest version will always be available on our website/application with the effective date clearly mentioned.
