    1. Introduction

    Welcome to IntelLend (“App”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IntelLend mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you (“User”, “Merchant”, or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

    2. Nature of Services

    IntelLend is a technology service platform that enables merchants and small businesses to:

    • Apply for loans or credit lines from partner financial institutions
    • View eligible offers, track applications, and manage disbursals or repayments
    • Access analytics, insights, and business tools

    IntelLend is not a bank or NBFC and does not itself lend money. All loans or credit facilities are provided solely by partner financial institutions, and are subject to their terms, conditions, and regulatory approvals.

    3. Eligibility

    To use the Services, you must:

    • Be an individual or entity legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
    • Be a resident of India
    • Use the Services only for legitimate business purposes

    4. Account Registration

    • You must register using accurate information (name, business name, PAN, GSTIN, etc.)
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • Any activity under your account is deemed authorized by you

    5. Use of the Platform

    By using IntelLend, you agree to:

    • Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information
    • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
    • Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems

    IntelLend may suspend or terminate access for any misuse, false information, or breach of these Terms.

    6. Loan Applications and Offers

    • Loan eligibility and offers displayed on the Platform are based on information provided by you and data received from third-party sources (such as credit bureaus)
    • All credit decisions, approvals, and disbursals are made by the lending partners at their sole discretion
    • IntelLend does not guarantee loan approval, amount, interest rate, or turnaround time

    7. Data Sharing and Consent

    By using IntelLend, you authorize us to:

    • Collect, verify, and process your business, financial, and personal information
    • Share such data with partner financial institutions, credit bureaus, KYC agencies, and service providers for legitimate business purposes
    • Use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and service improvement

    All data processing will comply with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

    8. Fees and Charges

    IntelLend may charge platform or processing fees for certain Services, which will be disclosed transparently at the time of use. Any fees charged by lending partners are governed by their respective agreements.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by IntelLend or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

    10. Third-Party Services

    Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party systems (banks, payment gateways, credit bureaus, etc.). IntelLend is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security practices of such third parties.

    11. Disclaimers

    • IntelLend provides technology and facilitation services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
    • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any loan offer or data
    • IntelLend is not liable for any lending decision, delay, or denial by partner financial institutions

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelLend, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
    • Loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunity
    • Errors or interruptions in the Services

    13. Termination

    IntelLend may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform unlawfully. You may discontinue use at any time, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

    14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.

    15. Refund Policy

    There is no refund or cancellation.

    16. Updates to Terms

    IntelLend may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
